Can you please do try the following:
- Ensure AxCrypt is stopped.
- Using Windows Explorer, go to %localappdata%\axcrypt\ .
- E-mail all .txt files in that folder (UserSettings.txt etc etc) to me: svante dot seleborg at axcrypt dot net . (There is nothing especially sensitive there, at most your e-mail-address and names of encrypted files.)
- Delete all .txt files.
- Re-start AxCrypt.
