We are checking with our local environment standalone versions are downloaded successfully.
You can download the AxCrypt to run it temporarily without installing using our portable(stand-alone) version, here: https://forum.axcrypt.net/download/ .
Please note: It might be happened because of some firewall/antivirus or other third-party applications are blocking the AxCrypt app. So please check the firewall or other software settings.
