Trying to decrypt files from over 7 years ago.  I remember parts of the password because I haven’t deviated from my password convention too much.  Trying to run the tool in Windows 10.  Does this tool still work?

Tried installing .net framework and other run times.  Just keep getting same error.  Any help would be appreciated.  Thank you in advance.
