You can use the AxCrypt app with free subscription to encrypt, decrypt/open all your encrypted files. You can always decrypt your encrypted files without any paid subscription(s).
AxCrypt is a free in your windows system with limited features. If you want to use some additional premium features or mobile apps or Mac app, then you have to purchase our premium/Business subscription.
