If you’re using AxCrypt 2 then changing your password will change the password for all the files. You don’t need to do anything else. All your files will open with the new password.

If you’ve forgotten the password then you can’t change it, you can only reset it. Resetting it will cause you to lose access to your old files but allow you to encrypt new files with a new password.
