If you’ve purchased a premium subscription you have priority access to the AxCrypt team.
Log in to your account below and raise a support ticket. They can add the time back on if this has actually occurred.

Try making sure you’ve logged in and out of AxCrypt desktop first just to make sure that your subscription has ‘expired’ despite only having just purchased it.
