When I launch the app the whole interface, apart from the title bar is unavailable. The mouse pointer displays the busy spinner. How do we actually get access to the app interface? The title bar displays the app name and version and “Signed out”.
Check the AxCrypt app is Minimize or not? If Yes means, Now open the AxCrypt app to sign in your account(File|sign in) and enter the account credentials. then the AxCrypt app will active. You can access the interface.
or Go to windows start to search the AxCrypt app now sign in your account.
Please note: It might be happened because of some firewall/antivirus or other third-party applications are blocking the AxCrypt app. So please check the firewall or other software settings
