    When I email attachments the recipients are not able to open the files once I give them the password?  Do they have to axcrypt users?

    Do not give them the password; that’s your personal password! You’ve now compromised your security so change your password immediately.

    In order to view AxCrypt files you’ve shared with them, the recipient needs to sign up for a free AxCrypt account. To share a file you must be a Premium User. The free version is only designed to encrypt files for yourself.
