Hello,

I’ve tried to delete my account throughout the settings menu but when I enter my password it prompts “The password must be at least 10 characters.”.

I’m absolutely sure I enter the correct password.

Can you help me?

Hello Freek,

Sorry for the inconvenience! It’s a bug in our system, we’ve logged it and will fix at asap. Some legacy accounts have passwords that do not pass the current minimum password policy, and the problem here is that we erroneously validate the password against a policy of minimum 10 characters.

I see the problem. Does this mean I have to wait deleting my account or can you do this for me?
