Decrypted TXT file is uneditable in v2.1.1513.0

FYI:  When publicly available AxCrypt v2.1.1513.0 opens an excrypted .TXT file in Notepad++, it cannot be edited.

(I returned to v2.1.1509.0, which works.)

This is probably related to the recent changes to the FileLock.

If you supply some more information, like a debug log, the developers can fix it.

Turn on Debug, enable logging from the Debug menu, reproduce the incident and then copy and paste the contents of that log.
