    I was using the free version of Axcrypt and then signed up for the 30-day premium trial.  I changed my password and I keep getting this error message.

    We have tried to recreate the same scenario with our local environment. But not able to recreate the same.

    Still, we are investigating the issue.

    Please explain detailed information about the issue also, write an email to our support team support@axcrypt.net.
