I am a paid user for more than a year and I had no problem with it until I updated my new email address. I no longer use old email address that I use as a subscription then I update my email address on website. It was successful and no problem. Then today when I try to access the system, my old email occur then I had to fill out verification code in order to confirm my new email address. It was successfully done also. When I updated my email address, the system request to put new password. The problem starts when I login with new email address and new password, the system rejected it and I cannot login. Can somebody help me with this issue? I need to access my files back. Thanks.
