    Hello,

    I am trying to open an account. After registering an email address I never receive the ID code (I have checked my spams)

    Other colleagues have the same issue.

    Please note: Based on email filter settings, sometimes it will be there in the user’s spam/junk folder. So please check once again your mailbox folders and firewall settings.
