Samsung A50 Android 9, installata ultima versione di AxCrypt per Android.

Ogni volta che desidero aprire un file criptato con AxCrypt ricevo un messaggio che dice che nello smartphone non è presente alcuna applicazione in grado di aprire il file. Vengo quindi portato su Google Store per riscaricarlo. Ogni volta.

Hello Carlogas,

We are really sorry to hear this.

Please explain what AxCrypt version you’re are using in the Andriod mobile? If you are using the latest version or Beta version?

If you are using the AxCrypt Beta version, Please uninstall the version and download the latest AxCrypt beta version to install on your mobile phone.

If you are installing the old version of AxCrypt app in your mobile, Please uninstall the old version and restart/switch off the mobile. After that install the AxCrypt app and check the same again.
