I would added this to your Bitbucket page but I’m not an Atlassian subscriber.

You will find that Windows 10 sometimes stores recent images in this temporary folder. There’s a persistent bug in Windows which presents the error “Remote procedure call failed”. Deleting the entire contents of the folder resolves it until the next time it occurs.

%appdata%\..\Local\Packages\Microsoft.Windows.Photos_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalState

This may partly explain issue #35.
