    I have downloaded the Axcrypt software and when requested added the email address to receive the code to activate but this did not arrive in the inbox.  I have resent the request three times with no success.  The email is a Microsoft exchange which I have added with this post and I checked through the Microsoft web portal and could not locate the email there either.

    Can you please advise how I can get the code?

    Hello Milan,

    AxCrypt usually sends the verification mail(s) to the users while they are registering. Based on email filter settings, sometimes it will be there in the user’s spam/junk folder.

    So please check the junk folder in your mailbox.
