I tried to renew my Premium account before it expires, I paid from your website via PayPal, got a receipt email but my premium account was NOT renewed at all. It keeps saying that I must pay the subscription. Then I tried to pay it via Stripe. I paid, got a receipt email but again my account wasn’t updated.
Guys, will you, please, look into this issue because my work is stuck due to this issue? Will, please, you refund one of my payment because literally, I made two transactions?
