Hello kevin,

No, does not support separate files for different passwords.

AxCrypt 2.x use a single sign on model where the same password is used to sign in to our servers and to protect your files. 

I am sorry to say, AxCrypt 2 does not support specific password for specific files feature due to some security issues.

In our blog(https://forum.axcrypt.net/blog/use-of-different-passwords/),  you will find why we are not supporting two or more different passwords.
