i am using an outlook email hosted by my school website and the problem is, the verification service wont send me an E-mail with the verification code in it

Please check that you really entered the right email – we’ve successfully sent it three times from our part. Also check your spam.

Hello Petr,

Sorry for the delayed response.

Based on the user’s mail filter settings, sometimes AxCrypt ID Verification mail will be gone to the user’s spam/junk folder. So please check once again your mailbox folders.

Still if you can’t able to find the mail, please write a mail from your emai address(which was used to register with AxCrypt) to our AxCrypt Support(support@axcrypt.net).
